“You” means the individual accessing or using the service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the service, as applicable.
Conditions for Order Cancellations, Returns & Replacements
- Cancellations (after dispatch), Returns and refunds are NOT applicable at Afterthought - B2B store or B2B sales.
- Replacements will be sent for damaged products (if any).
- We offer flexible order quantities to support our B2B customers, with a focus on accommodating smaller orders.
- Start small, only order the quantity which you are comfortable.
- Please note that due to our low-volume support, we do not accept returns on stock.
